Return & Exchange.

Any returning or exchanging products must be initiated within 14 days after the delivery of our package.

All original packaging and proof of purchase must be included within the returning items.

Please contact customer support team at hello@camilialiving.com for returning, damaged or wrong products.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the returned products get examined. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to proceed.

Delivery fees are not refundable.

Return of Defective Products.

Returned products will be fully examined. The customer will be notified within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Any products damaged during the returning shipment or not in the original condition are not eligible for refund nor exchange.

Non-eligible Items.

All discounted products are final sale, return and exchange will not be accepted.

Return Handling Fee.

If a return is due to damage or wrong products sent on our part, a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you. If you're unhappy with the purchase the customer is responsible for organizing the return shipping to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels.
