Returned products are accepted within 14 days after the delivery our package. All original packaging and proof of purchase* must be included with the returned items. Please contact customer support team right away at email@example.com for returning or exchanging products or concerns about defective or damaged or wrong products.
Any product got damaged during the return shipment or not in the original condition are liable to the customer.
*Printed electronic receipt and original packaging slip are considered as valid proof of purchase*
All sale items are final sale: returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns of Defective Products:
Returned products will be fully examined. The customer will be notified within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment after the returned products get examined. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to proceed.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
Return Handling Fee:
If a return is due to damage or wrong products sent on our part, a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
If a return is due to other reasons, and is returned using our provided shipping label, we'll deduct the cost of handling from your refund.
- Small Parcel Returns are charged at $15 per order.
- Large Parcel Returns are charged at $25 per order.
